Come to my classes and experience for yourself the fantastic benefits of pilates.  Whatever your age, you can find greater ease and flexibility in your movement, and re-discover the pleasure of a body which feels strong and able to cope with the day to day challenges of life.  A great adjunct to other sports, pilates can help you achieve better results through balancing the body and strengthening the core.

As a fully qualified instructor I am passionate about pilates and its many benefits.

My classes are fun, friendly and informal, and I look forward to welcoming you sometime soon.

About the classes

Each class is different but will typically include exercises to focus on balance, strength, stretching and core stability.  I use various apparatus including stretchy bands and weights to provide variation and new challenges.


Payment by term:
£8.50 per session payable in advance if block booking for the full term, consecutive weeks.£9.50 per session payable in advance if block booking for the term but with specific dates away (maximum of 2 weeks).

£12 drop in / pay as you go.

About Fernanda

I trained with the largest and most respected pilates training organisation in the UK. I am qualified to teach both beginners and advanced level students.I’m also a qualified Personal Trainer.
I believe in building an ongoing relationship with each and every client. During a class I will always circulate amongst my clients to ensure that they are working safely and effectively. I am constantly seeking inspiration and expertise from elsewhere, so I am always learning, and passing what I learn on to my clients.
