A sports therapist is someone who works with sports and exercise participants to prevent and treat injuries.

What if I don’t have a sports injury or play any sport?
Not a problem! A sports therapist can help with most aches and pains as they have an extended knowledge of the musculoskeletal system.
Initial assessment & Postural screening £50 members / £60 non members (1hr)
Follow up sessions £40 / £50 (1hr)
Sports massage £40 / £50 (1hr) £30 / £40 (45 minutes) £25 / £35 (30 minutes)
Graduated, with honours, from Bedfordshire Uni in 2015. Experiences include working for AFC Wimbledon, Sutton & Epsom RFC, at the London Marathon and Ride London. Registered with the Sports Therapy Association, Sports Massage Association and Registered Exercise Professionals. Currently studying for a Masters By Research (MSc) in the field of Sports Therapy.
